Obligations of the Company |
- To pay for the security / related service charge as stipulated in the contract within the specified times.
- To pay for additional duties service charges as per the norms.
- Accommodation for the guards shall be provided by the company.
- To provide guard rood / shelter for performing duties. Basic amenities like toilets etc may be provided for the guard on duty.
- The company will not make any payment directly to any employee of the agency, but the payment will be claimed and received by the agency only.
- The company shall at no time directly or indirectly employ the service of or deal with any person introduced by the agency for a period of one year from the date of termination of the contract.
